Factory Resetting iPhone 11 using the iTunes

Another way to factory reset your iPhone is by using the iTunes service.

Prepare your Phone

Before you initiate the factory reset of your iPhone 11, check whether your Mac or PC is up to date. If you’re about to factory reset your phone using iTunes, make sure that you have the latest version. 

If you’re using Mac or PC, make sure you have the latest version. 

In case, you want to save up information on your iPhone or iPad, make a backup. 

Restore Your Device

  • Now connect your device to a Mac or PC running the latest version of macOS. 
  • Open iTunes. 
  • If it asks for a passcode, then enter a passcode. If it is your own MAC device choose Trust This Computer. Now follow the onscreen steps. 
  • Select the device when it appears on your Mac or PC
  • Now click on the Restore iPhone option.
  • Click on Restore again just to confirm. 
  • Once, your device restores to factory settings, it will automatically restart. 
  • And your iPhone will revert back to its original settings.
